Bandanna Running & Walking

Current Residence:  Boise, Idaho

 

Biography:  Graduated from Bishop Kelly High School in 1980, the University of Idaho in 1984 and Columbia University in 1988.  Married to Karan Justus Anton and have three children – Aaron, C.J. and Cooper.

 

Motivation for running/competing:  I’ve been running for over thirty years and still like to challenge myself to improve.  Running provides a quiet time to think and enjoy nature and it helps me stay fit and healthy.  It’s about the only time I have for myself. 

 

Goals:  Continue to improve and have fun.  I’m beginning to wonder if I could break 2:50 in the marathon.
